We were introduced to Mohamed and his team through a friend who had completed a two-storey extension with him. From that moment, we knew he would be our builder of choice. Mohamed approaches each project as if he’s building his own home — the care, precision, and pride he takes in his work is truly exceptional. Throughout the entire process, we always felt that he was more focused on how we felt and on achieving the outcome we wanted, rather than treating it as just another project. Our only regret is not involving him from the very beginning to manage the design and approval process. Despite coming in later, the Phase team helped us finalise the administrative requirements to get our approval. As soon as we had approval, the team got straight to work. The build was completed to a high standard, and we were so impressed that we ended up expanding the scope along the way. Mohamed and his team delivered a full extension, including a new attic, kitchen, additional bedroom, bathroom, laundry, and a spacious family room at the rear — along with a new garage and concrete driveway. The finishes were fantastic, and we were genuinely pleased with the constant communication throughout the build. We always felt informed and involved, which made the entire experience even more reassuring. We’re now planning to renovate the front of our home early next year, and there’s no question — we’ll be going with Phase Projects again. The aftercare has also been exceptional. While others share horror stories about their building experience, ours was a dream. We honestly can’t relate.
